Melissa joined the Castlepoint team in April of 2015 and currently serves as a Client Services Administrator. Her commitment to excellence and keen attention to detail make her an asset to clients and colleagues alike. Focused on service, Melissa helps to improve the firm’s operational efficiencies while continually enhancing the client experience.
Melissa brings over 26 years of information technology and administrative management expertise to her role. Before joining Castlepoint, she served with distinction in the United States Air Force, retiring in 2010 after 24 years of dedicated service. After relocating to Oklahoma, she worked inside the home and later for the Federal Aviation Administration within the Information Systems Group. Melissa holds a degree in Information Management and studied Graphic Design at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Outside of Castlepoint, Melissa loves traveling, golfing, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Steve, and their lively Boston Terrier, Riley. They attend Life Church and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, creating meaningful experiences along the way.
